I planted this first tray of lettuce on February 27,  2018.  A second tray planted on March 10, 2018 can be seen in the background. The plan is to move this up to the greenhouse the last week of March.  Last year I opened the greenhouses on March 24.  That was after the 48 inches of snow we received on March 15 from super storm Stella.  If all goes according to plan this lettuce should be ready to market near the end of April if not sooner.  I will post updates on it’s progress.
